Aaron has over 10 years experience in learning, development and sales management within the FMCG and professional services sector working in Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe.
Creative Development is not just a business name, it is our philosophy and approach to work, focusing on an individual’s strengths and interests, how they can be applied/developed and more importantly how best to use in work or projects.
Creative Development recognise the key focus of business owners and managers is to;
Create positive working environments whilst keeping costs down
Deliver a business plan with a limited budget
And most importantly to maximise sales
Creative Development's aim is the delivery of creative workshops to develop the tactical skills of leadership, selling, presenting and creativity, we will not try to teach you anything however we will make you think differently.
Aaron Downes is a certified NLP Practitioner, with a BA in Business Studies and CIPD Qualified. He is also a certified Thomas International personality profile assessor.
